Laura created a safe and comfy space where we could vulnerably share personal struggles, challenges and fears. We were then able to look at these more deeply and received the necessary impulses and tools to work through our blockages. Importantly, Laura made sure to attune to our individual needs and thus, flexibly adapted the teachings so everyone could leave the workshop with new realizations, insights as well as a feeling of activation and empowerment. Mastering emotion regulation as well as time and energy management successfully is an ability that has changed my life and will continue to do so.

The event exceeded all my expectations: I never thought I could gain so much in such little time and also feel so deeply comfortable in this environment to share and open up. Some learnings really "hit me hard" and shifted my way of thinking to a more "active" way which allows me to align my words and actions with my own values more and more.
The event gave me the tools to ask myself the right questions and I realized how powerful that was. I already did a lot of self-reflecting before but now I am able to dig even deeper. Whenever I am self-sabotaging, feel disconnected or overwhelmed I KNOW what to do to get back on my feet, which gives me so much clarity and security in my everyday life.

When I signed up, I hoped that the experience will give me more clarity about my next steps. I wanted to learn more about self-leadership and how to become my personal CEO. My expectations were more than fulfilled. The experience gave me so many valuable take aways... I was able to set powerful intentions for the next few months and I have learned more about my CEO-personality. All in all, every moment was amazing! I think the combination of teaching elements and workshops was perfect. It helped me to reflect on myself. The space felt very safe and I benefited from our exchange within groups.
