Do I have to already have a business to partake in THE FEM LEADER Program?

YES, honey! The Fem Leader is for the woman who already has a service-based biz, but wants the strategies (business + mindset + energetics) to take it to the next level. This high-touch advanced container is NOT for you if you do not yet have a business, personal brand or any clients.

Do I have to be hitting a certain income target every month to benefit from it?

Nope! TFL will meet you where you’re at, so whether you’re earning $2k, $10k or even $15k a month - TFL will help you get to that next level you desire!

Do you focus on business strategy as well in a lot of detail or is this only focused on feminine energy?

Yes, it's a leadership Mastermind so it is very much biz focused, just from a very holistic angle of embodiment, self healing, lifestyle design, being in your feminine in your love life and biz, magnetic marketing, feminine biz strategy… all the good stuff that’s allowed me to scale my biz to 7 figures in the past 2-3 years sustainably and with soul, without sacrificing my wellbeing or sanity. So it’s not 'just' a feminine energy program, the focus points are entrepreneurship, leadership, life design, and romance!

Is there a strategy behind it? I do love all the embodiment work, but I also need strategy. I am still working full time as well as trying to grow my business without burnout.

Hi, I’m Laura, a Master Mindset & Feminine Leadership Coach.

I ‘fell’ into coaching after immersing myself in personal development for around 5 years. Having been profoundly transformed by the work I did on myself, I eventually wanted to help other women heal, transform and expand, too.

I have been in this industry for 8 years and got certified in NLP and Life & Success Coaching in late 2019; since then, my business has been taking off. After eventually burning the candle at both ends and hitting burnout, I rapidly changed my work approach to develop my own feminine leadership style, become a walking embodiment of my teachings, and fine-tune my coaching practice.

What changed?

After only a few weeks, I noticed that I was working less (and more efficiently), hired a team of powerhouses so that I could remain in my zone of joy & genius, healed my adrenals and deepened my relationship with myself. As a result, my life quality accelerated.

The healing work I have done on myself as well as unlocking and embodying my magnetic AF feminine energy has changed the game for me; in my love life, in my career and daily life & overall lifestyle.
